Beginning on September 13, 2008 and running up to the Liberty! Conference on October 6, 2008, you will find a series of posts which are intended to give some background information on digital technology and its impact on liberty.
We hope that teachers who are bringing students to the conference will take some time to review some of these resources with their students, or at least encourage their students to seek out these resources on their own. We hope that students will independently engage in the content and actively use the comment and forum features at this site to meet and interact with other conference attendees.
My hope is that the students and facilitators will take the reins out of my hands and begin a group steering of this conference.
